What countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide! For a list of available shipping countries, visit our international site and click on "details" from the banner.
When you place an international order, your transaction will be with quechn , but if you have any questions, concerns or customer service needs, our quechn .com associates will be happy to help you!
Please note: if your country is not listed, it is currently not supported by quechn .

What is the delivery timeframe for my international order?

Most in-stock items generally ship from our fulfilment center within 2 business days.  ("Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).  Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.
If your merchandise is on backorder:
We'll send you a detailed email if your merchandise temporarily becomes backordered with the manufacturer or vendor.  This email will include a new expected ship date if available.  If the expected shipping date is greater than 30 days or has changed twice, the email will also include instructions on how to accept or decline the backorder date.

I live in the United States - can I use quechn to ship an order internationally, but pay in U.S. Dollars (USD)?

Yes! quechn supports international gift-giving. You'll receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but pay in U.S. dollars using a U.S. credit card. This will also work if you're an American traveling or living aboard.

What are my international shipping options?
